Chef Verati’s Pumpkin Spice Bread

Allergies: Dairy, Eggs4 ServingsCooking Time: 15 minutes


  • 2 packets Ideal Protein Pumpkin Spice Latte Drink Mix
  • 2 packets Ideal Protein Potato Purée Mix
  • 4 egg Whites
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup water


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350˚F
  2. Mix the Pumpkin Spice Latte Drink Mix and Potato Purée Mix together in a bowl
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to dry mix
  4. Add ½ cup of water to dry mix (if the mixture is clumpy, add 1-2 tablespoons of water)
  5. In a separate bowl, whip 4 egg whites until thick
  6. Add all the whipped egg whites to mixture and stir well
  7. Place mix into your cooking molds
  8. Bake at 350˚F for 15 minutes
