Coleslaw Salad

Refrigerate this salad two hours before serving and top it off with ham! A great meal for salad and meat-lovers alike.


  • 2 lbs ham, cooked or smoked, extra lean, sliced
  • 6 cups cabbage, chopped fine
  • 2 cups green peppers, chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp Ideal Protein Italian Dressing
  • 1 tsp hot chili pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper


  1. Combine green peppers with dressing, hot chili powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add cabbage, mix again and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  4. Serve topped with ham slices.
