Crab Salad with Cocktail Sauce

  • 2 lbs crab meat, cooked
  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Sea Salt and Vinegar Crisps
  • 8 cups mixed greens
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp tarragon, chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 3 tbsp crushed tomato
  • 1 tbsp Ideal Protein Oriental Sesame Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • ground pepper, to taste
  • sea salt, to taste


  1. Mix crab meat with just enough crushed tomato and Oriental Sesame Sauce to cover.
  2. Add lime juice, salt and a generous amount of ground pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Mix the cider vinegar and olive oil, combine with the greens.
  6. Divide greens in small serving bowls and spoon crab meat mixture into each.
  7. Sprinkle Crisps, chopped tarragon and parsley over each cocktail and serve.
