Ham and Leek Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ham, sliced
  • 1/8 Ideal Protein Sea Salt and Vinegar Crisps, crushed
  • 3 cups leek, chopped
  • 2 cups green peppers, chopped
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 tsp thyme, branch
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • sea salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In olive oil, slowly cook leek and green peppers with thyme and garlic powder until soft and tender.
  2. Add spinach, cook 1 minute.
  3. Put the cooked vegetables on slices of ham and roll up.
  4. Place in a greased baking pan.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle Ridges.
  6. Bake in a 375-degree oven until very hot.
  7. Serve on a bed of spinach or lettuce.
