Korean Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs beef tenderloin, lean
  • 3 cups mushroom, whole
  • 2 cups asparagus, blanched
  • 3 cups green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • sea salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine, green onion, garlic, vinegar and soy sauce.
  2. Add beef tenderloin and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Grill steaks to desired doneness.
  4. Grill vegetables for a few minutes.
  5. Remove green onions from the marinade.
  6. Cook slowly in a pan, draining any fat.
  7. Serve the cooked green onions on top of the steaks.
  8. Arrange grilled vegetables on the side.
