Sautéed Chicken Liver with Cauliflower Purée

This meal is a great for chicken liver lovers. Sided with a creamy cauliflower puree, this meal will satisfy your hunger.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 lbs chicken livers, cut into 1” pieces
  • 7 cups cauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup mushroom, sliced
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Ideal Protein Honey & Dijon Dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Cook cauliflower in salted, boiling water until (just) soft.
  2. Drain well and purée.
  3. Add Honey Dijon Dressing.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a pan, heat oil on medium-high temperature.
  6. Add liver, mushrooms, onion and garlic and cook until mushrooms change color.
  7. Add rosemary and lemon juice.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
