Turkey Dijonnaise Style

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs turkey tenderloin
  • 4 cups leek, sliced
  • 4 cups iceberg lettuce, julienne
  • 4 basil leaves, fried
  • 1 tbsp Ideal Protein Dijon Mustard Dressing
  • 1 tbsp Ideal Protein Oriental Sesame Sauce
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Mix mustard, dressing and Oriental sauce and baste turkey.
  2. Cook turkey in a 375-degree oven for 20 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Slowly sauté leek in olive oil.
  4. When tender, add iceberg lettuce and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
