Turkey Teriyaki

Create a turkey tower over a bed of soybean sprouts! Follow the recipe to begin construction.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs turkey breast, (4 pieces)
  • 4 cups soybean sprouts
  • 2 cups green peppers
  • 2 cups green onion
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 2 tsp ginger, chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup Ideal Protein Oriental Sesame Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Combine lemon juice, dressing and olive oil.
  2. Use 1/2 to marinade turkey, (30 minutes to 2 hours).
  3. Set aside.
  4. Barbecue or broil cutlets (4 to 6 minutes per side) brushing often with reserved marinade.
  5. Sauté ginger and garlic in olive oil.
  6. Add peppers and onions.
  7. Cook for 3 minutes.
  8. Add soybean sprouts and reserved marinade and sauté 5 minutes.
  9. Serve turkey on soybean sprouts.
