• Open the menu in the top-right corner of your screen (the three stacked lines)
  • Click on the "Print" option to open the print preview mode
  • If your story doesn't fit on a single page, select "Shrink to Fit" under "Scale" options
  • If any out-of-place text or characters show up on the top and bottom of the page, press the "Page Setup" and set "Headers and Footers" to "Blank." You can also easily change the page margins here
  • You can then press "Print" in the top left corner and print out a copy, or select "Print to PDF" to save a PDF copy to your computer
  • When you open the pop-up box for printing, click the "Show Details" button
  • On the right, select the PDF's orientation
  • Below the orientation section, there are two checkboxes. Make sure "Print Backgrounds" is checked, while "Print Headers and Footers" is unchecked
  • At the bottom of the pop-up box, click on the "PDF" drop-down button and select "Save as PDF"
  • Save the file to your computer in the folder or location of your choice
  • Select "Save as PDF" as your destination
  • Click on "Properties" to change orientation from "Portrait" to "Landscape" or vice versa
  • Uncheck options for "Headers and Footers
  • You can use the preview to make sure the PDF is set up properly or to change the page margins

Lifestyle Building - Losing the weight
The biggest surprise was how quickly I lost the weight and how easy it was to stick with the diet. It surprised me how my coaches, Jennifer and Joanie, could look at the numbers on the scale and tell me if I lost or gained body fat, water weight, and muscle mass. They kept everything in perspective. I was introduced to so many new healthy foods and recipes.
