• Open the menu in the top-right corner of your screen (the three stacked lines)
  • Click on the "Print" option to open the print preview mode
  • If your story doesn't fit on a single page, select "Shrink to Fit" under "Scale" options
  • If any out-of-place text or characters show up on the top and bottom of the page, press the "Page Setup" and set "Headers and Footers" to "Blank." You can also easily change the page margins here
  • You can then press "Print" in the top left corner and print out a copy, or select "Print to PDF" to save a PDF copy to your computer
  • When you open the pop-up box for printing, click the "Show Details" button
  • On the right, select the PDF's orientation
  • Below the orientation section, there are two checkboxes. Make sure "Print Backgrounds" is checked, while "Print Headers and Footers" is unchecked
  • At the bottom of the pop-up box, click on the "PDF" drop-down button and select "Save as PDF"
  • Save the file to your computer in the folder or location of your choice
  • Select "Save as PDF" as your destination
  • Click on "Properties" to change orientation from "Portrait" to "Landscape" or vice versa
  • Uncheck options for "Headers and Footers
  • You can use the preview to make sure the PDF is set up properly or to change the page margins

I have tried many weight loss programs, but nothing like ideal protein. I was not happy with the weight I had accumulated over the years. I have small children who want daddy to play with them and chase them around the house and I would get pretty winded after a few chases. I was also feeling tired and sluggish most days, especially after eating a meal filled with a bunch of unwanted carbs. I worked out at the gym but I struggled with keeping my blood pressure and cholesterol under control. I was tired of carrying around this excess weight. I knew I wasn’t being fair to myself or my family. I made up my mind that it was time to start making lifestyle changes and one of them was to start the ideal protein journey in January 2018 through September 2018. My starting weight was 285lb and my current weight is 215lb. I have lost 70 pounds along the way! I am so proud of the progress I have made. I have more energy and look great in my clothes. With those changes, my blood pressure never looked better! My cholesterol is down also. I had a great health coach who encouraged me along the way. I was able to lead my wife into healthy lifestyle eating habits by including her in helping with my meal preparations. Now I can continue to embark on this journey of healthy eating with my family as well.
