• Open the menu in the top-right corner of your screen (the three stacked lines)
  • Click on the "Print" option to open the print preview mode
  • If your story doesn't fit on a single page, select "Shrink to Fit" under "Scale" options
  • If any out-of-place text or characters show up on the top and bottom of the page, press the "Page Setup" and set "Headers and Footers" to "Blank." You can also easily change the page margins here
  • You can then press "Print" in the top left corner and print out a copy, or select "Print to PDF" to save a PDF copy to your computer
  • When you open the pop-up box for printing, click the "Show Details" button
  • On the right, select the PDF's orientation
  • Below the orientation section, there are two checkboxes. Make sure "Print Backgrounds" is checked, while "Print Headers and Footers" is unchecked
  • At the bottom of the pop-up box, click on the "PDF" drop-down button and select "Save as PDF"
  • Save the file to your computer in the folder or location of your choice
  • Select "Save as PDF" as your destination
  • Click on "Properties" to change orientation from "Portrait" to "Landscape" or vice versa
  • Uncheck options for "Headers and Footers
  • You can use the preview to make sure the PDF is set up properly or to change the page margins

In October of 2017, my life changed forever. My dad, who was the first love of my life, passed away. He had been fighting health issues for several years. But even though he’d had some problems, his death was a complete surprise to us. He was here one moment and gone the next, having had a cardiac event while working in his garage. I myself had already been on high cholesterol medications and high blood pressure medications for several years. I was in the morbidly obese range and I was at the highest weight I had ever been. With my family history, I knew I needed a change. In August of 2018 I saw a picture of a friend who had just reached her goal weight using Ideal Protein. I had never even heard of Ideal Protein before this. After seeing my friend’s picture, I made the decision right then to change my life. I'm not at goal just yet, but have NO DOUBT that it is in my very near future!

Lifestyle Building - Losing the weight
The most surprising part of my weight loss journey was how much I enjoyed what I was doing. I felt like with the support of my coach, Lisa, I really could do it! I haven't ever been this confident on a weight loss program before, and I've been on many! I also was surprised at how much I enjoyed cooking, so much so that I actually started my own meal prep service for Phase 1 folks!
Lifestyle Living - Keeping the weight off
For me,what I enjoy most since losing the weight is the fact that I am now off of all weight related medications (high BP, high Cholesterol, acid reflux) and am in normal BMI range and not in the obese category -- these things -- are the things that make me smile most. I am healthy for the first time in a long time. Shopping off the rack and the compliments I am getting doesn't hurt either, but being able to say that I am trying my best to be around for a very long time to see my kids and grandchildren grow... THAT'S my joy!
