• Open the menu in the top-right corner of your screen (the three stacked lines)
  • Click on the "Print" option to open the print preview mode
  • If your story doesn't fit on a single page, select "Shrink to Fit" under "Scale" options
  • If any out-of-place text or characters show up on the top and bottom of the page, press the "Page Setup" and set "Headers and Footers" to "Blank." You can also easily change the page margins here
  • You can then press "Print" in the top left corner and print out a copy, or select "Print to PDF" to save a PDF copy to your computer
  • When you open the pop-up box for printing, click the "Show Details" button
  • On the right, select the PDF's orientation
  • Below the orientation section, there are two checkboxes. Make sure "Print Backgrounds" is checked, while "Print Headers and Footers" is unchecked
  • At the bottom of the pop-up box, click on the "PDF" drop-down button and select "Save as PDF"
  • Save the file to your computer in the folder or location of your choice
  • Select "Save as PDF" as your destination
  • Click on "Properties" to change orientation from "Portrait" to "Landscape" or vice versa
  • Uncheck options for "Headers and Footers
  • You can use the preview to make sure the PDF is set up properly or to change the page margins

I am a 56-year-old Native American Female. My lifestyle journey began on February 1, 2016; In my mind Ideal Protein was going to be my last resort other than death. I had a co worker say that she would go to the meeting with me to learn about Ideal Protein, so she gave me the push to give it a try. The daily struggles I was going through was being a diabetic with two different insulins and oral medications, walking with a cane barely moving around. The day I first stepped onto the scale (after I needed help to take my shoes and socks off just to get on the scale) I knew that I needed to make a change otherwise I felt that I was going to die.
