Starting Weight:236 lbs
Current Weight:194 lbs
I have struggled with weight most of my adult life. After a hysterectomy at a young age it became an issue. Last year I was diagnosed as prediabetic and I knew that was not a road that I wanted to travel. My blood sugar being 200 one morning was my rock bottom and the next week I joined ideal protein. Now my blood sugar is normal and I did not have to go on medication.

Lifestyle Building - Losing the weight
I am still on my weight loss journey but so far it has been one of my greatest accomplishments. I had surgery about four months into my weight loss and was able to stay on track with eating the right foods for a surgical recovery.
Lifestyle Living - Keeping the weight off
I enjoy feeling comfortable in my own skin. I also really enjoy wearing cute clothes again. Also it’s nice not to dread seeing a picture of myself.
