• Open the menu in the top-right corner of your screen (the three stacked lines)
  • Click on the "Print" option to open the print preview mode
  • If your story doesn't fit on a single page, select "Shrink to Fit" under "Scale" options
  • If any out-of-place text or characters show up on the top and bottom of the page, press the "Page Setup" and set "Headers and Footers" to "Blank." You can also easily change the page margins here
  • You can then press "Print" in the top left corner and print out a copy, or select "Print to PDF" to save a PDF copy to your computer
  • When you open the pop-up box for printing, click the "Show Details" button
  • On the right, select the PDF's orientation
  • Below the orientation section, there are two checkboxes. Make sure "Print Backgrounds" is checked, while "Print Headers and Footers" is unchecked
  • At the bottom of the pop-up box, click on the "PDF" drop-down button and select "Save as PDF"
  • Save the file to your computer in the folder or location of your choice
  • Select "Save as PDF" as your destination
  • Click on "Properties" to change orientation from "Portrait" to "Landscape" or vice versa
  • Uncheck options for "Headers and Footers
  • You can use the preview to make sure the PDF is set up properly or to change the page margins

I was fat all my life. When I reached 254 pounds (my largest weight ever) I just got sick and tired of being fat. I had kids that were still young and I wanted to be around to watch them grow up and to be able to see them have kids. I also loved to exercise but the extra weight put a heavy load on my knees and hips which limited my ability to run and work out. I also liked to play golf and found it hard to swing the club around my large belly. So I was just tired of having my life limited by being fat.

I was surprised at how well I felt during the journey. Other than the first week I usually felt great. Lots of energy and happier emotionally. I was also surprised at how quickly the weight came off. Much faster than other weight loss programs that I had tried previously.

I enjoy the feeling of my body. I enjoy wearing clothes that look good. I enjoy working out and playing golf. I have done triathlons and one half-marathon. I have the energy to travel and to not get tired walking around. I have even started ballroom and been dancing!! I also enjoy knowing that I have done everything I can to ensure that I will be around to see my grandkids.
