• Open the menu in the top-right corner of your screen (the three stacked lines)
  • Click on the "Print" option to open the print preview mode
  • If your story doesn't fit on a single page, select "Shrink to Fit" under "Scale" options
  • If any out-of-place text or characters show up on the top and bottom of the page, press the "Page Setup" and set "Headers and Footers" to "Blank." You can also easily change the page margins here
  • You can then press "Print" in the top left corner and print out a copy, or select "Print to PDF" to save a PDF copy to your computer
  • When you open the pop-up box for printing, click the "Show Details" button
  • On the right, select the PDF's orientation
  • Below the orientation section, there are two checkboxes. Make sure "Print Backgrounds" is checked, while "Print Headers and Footers" is unchecked
  • At the bottom of the pop-up box, click on the "PDF" drop-down button and select "Save as PDF"
  • Save the file to your computer in the folder or location of your choice
  • Select "Save as PDF" as your destination
  • Click on "Properties" to change orientation from "Portrait" to "Landscape" or vice versa
  • Uncheck options for "Headers and Footers
  • You can use the preview to make sure the PDF is set up properly or to change the page margins

My motivation was to get healthy and get off as much medications as possible. I was taking 4 diabetes medications, 1 high blood pressure medication and 2 cholesterol medications. I was surprised at how quickly I gained control of my food intake. I dropped two of the diabetes medications (with my physicians advice) the first day. After some initial weight loss I was able to lower one significantly and with additional weight loss I will end taking it as well. I was able to drop my high blood pressure medication as well. I am half-way through my weight loss... my story is not done!

I feel terrific, my mind is clearer and I feel better than I have in years! Losing the weight quickly and safely helps with the motivation to stay focused. I have more weight to lose but I can see the benefits, and feel the benefits. I am enjoying the benefit of being in control of my food intake, have lowered my medications, and living relatively stress free. I love seeing my clothes fit better and hearing the compliments. This is living!!
