The Clinic Success Manager (CSM) oversees existing clinic growth and educational activities related to the Ideal Protein weight loss protocol. This individual provides support and guidance to clinic staff and practitioners, and ensures that the weight loss protocol is delivered as intended . He/she is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the delivery to the intended audience. The Clinic Success Manager also serves as the primary contact for information about the weight loss protocol between the clinic and Ideal Protein. The CSM will facilitate the implementation of the weight loss protocol within a new or existing practice, schedule and conduct classes for the clinic staff, assist in weekly/monthly seminars focused on patients, provide ongoing support and guidance to clinic staff; and ensure acquisition of outcomes tracking.

Primary Duties and Responsibility:

  • Responsible for ongoing relationship management of current clinic customer base
  • Responsible for retaining established clinics and maintaining clinic references
  • Able to educate clinics and health care partners on the Ideal Protein Protocol and products
  • Assist Regional Development Consultant in the clinic onboarding process
  • Manage and resolve conflicts related to clinics
  • Assist with scoping and executing special projects for Ideal Protein Clinics
  • Ability to be the point of contact for all clinicians and clinic partners within their region
  • Communicate with Client Relations Team in the timely delivery of clinic requests
  • Support Regional Development Consultant in travel arrangements as required

Education / Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Field of Study: business, commerce, exercise science, kinesiology or related field preferred


  • Relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • Diabetes or Bariatric educator an asset
  • Experience engaging with physicians and clinics in designated region
  • Experience in a client/partner care continuum
  • Experience teaching to individuals or groups with excellent presentation skills
  • Prior experience in inside sales, direct sales or as a customer success manager an asset
