I had tried all the fat diets and would always lose weight but could never seem to keep it off. I wanted a diet that I could commit to and maintain for the long haul. A real lifestyle change. Ideal protein was recommended to me by a doctor, and I liked that it had several phases that would help me maintain my weight loss.

Lifestyle Building - Losing the weight
I was surprised at how tuned in the plan was. If I stuck to it I always saw the scale go down each week. If I slipped up the scale would stay the same or depending how big of a slip up, would go up slightly. The method definitely works. I found meal planning and prep one day a week for the following week really help me stay on track.
Lifestyle Living - Keeping the weight off
I enjoy how I feel. I have more energy during the day and I sleep better at night. I’m comfortable in clothes and I actually enjoy shopping for new outfits. I’m more active and look forward to working out each day.
