Lifestyle Building - Losing the weight
The biggest surprise was how quickly I lost the weight and how easy it was to stick with the diet. It surprised me how my coaches, Jennifer and Joanie, could look at the numbers on the scale and tell me if I lost or gained body fat, water weight, and muscle mass. They kept everything in perspective. I was introduced to so many new healthy foods and recipes.
Lifestyle Living - Keeping the weight off
I can breathe again. I have more energy. I can shop for normal clothing. My doctor has taken me off of some of my medications. I feel better about myself.
