I'm 38 years old female, married to my best friend. I'm the typical mid-career women that spends her time working, and working some more, while in my free time helping everyone else. This caring and kindness although a positive attribute; caused me to neglect myself. Most of my life I have been fit. I ran track and field until I sustained a injury prior to my freshman year in college. After, I stopped running , I literally stopped doing anything related to fitness and just focused on school. I always joke that my eating habits hadn't changed... but my metabolism had. Years passed and I continued to attempt to workout always losing some weight but never hit a weight that I was happy with. In the beginning of 2018 I weighed 211lbs through working out and changing my eating (some what) I got down to 185lbs and stalled. One of BFFs and her husband had completed IP a couple of years ago, in sharing my frustration my friend encouraged me to call Jeannine my wonderful supportive coach. In December 2018 I call Jeannine, hesitant as the holidays were upon us... but I pushed through.

What surprised me the most about my weight loss journey, was my dedication, and determination to the program. Also, realizing that if I work the program as designed that YOU WILL SEE RESULTS.

What I enjoy most now that I've lost weight is feeling and looking younger, less aches and pains, and of course looking good in clothed.
