I have never been a veggie eater but learned how to eat a lot of veggies raw. I have always liked salads, and this was a saving grace for me because while on protocol I had one almost every day and when we went out I would have a second salad sometimes.
Lifestyle Living - Keeping the weight off
We travel a good bit during the summer, I have more energy and feel great! I feel good about sticking to the protocol to reach a goal of 50+ pounds and feel so much better overall. I have a doctor’s appointment in August for blood work and I am hoping that my A1c is low enough to drop a medication. I really like the vanilla and chocolate bars as I took them with me many times and always came in handy. I'm starting Phase 1 again in January to get rid of the rest of the weight I want to lose.
