The biggest surprise, for me, was how quickly the weight went down once I journeyed into Phase 1. The IP folks told me that through limiting my carbohydrate intake, mild exercise and hydration, the weight would fall off effortlessly.

I enjoy not ‘jiggling’ when I walk and fitting into tops and pants that I hadn’t worn in years!
