I was the biggest I have ever been. And I’m a hair colorist so I had to see myself in the mirror every day and all day. Was not excited about what I saw. Then a coworker told me about the program and her success with it. So I thought why not try it. I had had a hysterectomy and Thyroidectomy so I found it hard to lose and kept gaining. I had tried doing boot camps but never an actual diet. Best decision of my life.
