I Work in a physical job, found it hard to get into places and found myself tired all the time. I was carrying around extra weight for many years and it got difficult to tie my shoes, put on socks and my clothes didn't fit me anymore. I was not happy with my appearance and just did not feel good. My wife mentioned the Ideal Protein life style change and I’m glad I did it. My goal was to get off my blood pressure medicine and by losing the weight I have successfully done that for two months now.

Lifestyle Building - Losing the weight
The weight just fell off me every week and I felt better and better each day. After only a few days into the program, I found I didn't crave many foods that were everyday staple meals for me and really didn't get hungry like before. The food is satisfying, especially the snacks! Jennifer my coach is Awesome. Full of encouragement and guidance.
Lifestyle Living - Keeping the weight off
New clothes, not tired anymore, off my blood pressure medicine and working on getting off my cholesterol medicine as well. I eat much better and more regularly to keep my metabolism up. Now I am working on getting into a fitness program or regimen to trim down some more.
