I play a lot of golf a like to participate in amateur golf tournaments, so I'm pretty active. With the amount of weight I was carrying, I couldn't walk 18 holes of golf without pain in my knee and getting a golf cart to ride the last 9 holes most rounds because of the pain. Also, the excess weight was causing health issues as I was taking blood pressure and cholesterol medication. A good friend of mine got on the program and dropped some weight pretty quick and encouraged me to give Ideal Protein a try. And although I wanted to put starting off until after the Thanksgiving and Christmas festivities (mainly the eating). He pushed me to "get me butt in to see Chloe and get the program started". I started the program the end of Oct. 2016 and by the end of April (2017) I had dropped 80lbs and was on the last phase of the program. It was an easy journey for me,mainly do to seeing all the positive results. Since I have made my lifestyle changes, I have no knee pain, no longer taking BP & Cholesterol medication but mostly feeling better overall.

The big surprises for me was that I didn't feel hungry and how fast I dropped the weight. The other surprise is how much attention I get from my friends and family on how much better and healthier I look.

I enjoy being in better health and that I am able to walk 18 to 27 holes of golf, then go home and work in the yard with no knee pain.
