I was starting to have joint pains, and every doctor I went to told me to lose weight to help. My knee was the worst and I could hardly walk for a few hours without it hurting and beginning to limp. My family also has a history of heart disease and diabetes. I wanted to get ahead of the game in preventing these for me. My stress levels were very high due to my environment and the kinds of foods that I was eating. I needed a healthier lifestyle. I was constantly stress eating and eating when I was bored. I was not able to cook for myself and knowing what kind of foods I would need to prepare presented a challenge for me that I wanted to overcome. I had tried other diets and nothing seemed to work or keep the weight off.

Lifestyle Building - Losing the weight
I was shocked how easy it was with a coach to help me along the way and how AMAZING the food was. I loved that I could still have sweets on a diet. The weekly meetings were more motivating that I expected and are one of the contributing factors to my success. Beth Ann was my biggest motivator.
Lifestyle Living - Keeping the weight off
I hated going to the gym or even working out at home. Now that I am able to move around easier I go for walks around my neighborhood and leave the house more in general. My view of myself has dramatically changed and now I don't feel like everyone is looking at me because of my weight. I recently got my husband to join the program so getting to help someone after he watched my real results was a great feeling.
