I tried so many different ways of trying to slim down and get healthy, but the more I failed the more depressed I become. Many complications in my life started happening that I had no control over and i couldn't make it better. My father died to young and had multiple heart attacks/by-pass surgeries and I didn't want to end up like him. I had a visit with my cardiologist and he laid it on the line that my numbers didn't look good and the path I was headed on. He mentioned the program and I said I will give 100%.
