I think I always thought of myself as healthy and maybe a bit chubby but not "overweight" . . . until I looked back at photos and realized that the person in the photos was not who I saw myself as being. I knew that I had to change my lifestyle. I did not realize that I had gained so much weight. I reflected on my past and came to the realization that I was good at "hiding" behind people in photos and wearing loose fitting clothes. Something had to change, and I needed help and accountability to be successful in this endeavor. Enter . . . 7Company.
"I feel like I have taken control back of my "temple". Life is a journey and we all have challenges and obstacles that we face every day. Lifestyle Building - Losing the weight
The first "aha" moment was learning how poorly I was really eating daily. I had no idea that the combination of my food intake and the amount of sugar I was consuming was sending me down an unhealthy path. The second "aha" moment was watching how easy the new combination of foods and healthy choices I was making through the program worked.
Lifestyle Living - Keeping the weight off
I love the energy level the protocol gave me each day. Huge difference. No snoring (husband is happy). Normal clothes. Fun clothes shopping. No more cravings for sugar. Learning to cook healthy. It's quite easy once you get the hang of it. Knowing how to order healthy food in a restaurant. Being able to go to parties and have the control of not grazing on bad food and being able to drink smart. Being a role model for my family and friends. Sharing my journey with others.
