Growing up, I was very athletic and felt very healthy and fit. Over the years, and after having two children, my weight would yo-yo and I progressively got heavier and heavier. I was diagnosed with MS in 1998 and was on medication for 15 years. That combined with menopause, really kept the weight on. It seemed impossible to lose weight, regardless how healthy I was eating. I was so tired of being heavy! I hated to shop for clothes or find pants that would fit. After seeing my photos from my Dad's 90th birthday party, I was so depressed I knew I needed to find some way of losing the weight. I just happened to learn about Ideal Protein by accident, however checked into it right away. Thank God I learned about this program! My husband got excited about it and was willing to try it with me and we never looked back! We had both done Weight Watchers in the past and Ideal Protein was so much easier and it was just amazing how effective the program is! We were just blown away! We've told others, who have had great success in losing their weight as well!

Lifestyle Building - Losing the weight
I was just shocked that every week, consistently, I was having success! Not just 1/4 of a pound lost in a week, but POUNDS lost each week. The program and your Coach are SO Motivating! The foods we purchased all tasted good and meals were easy to eat on the run. I had absolutely NO cravings (even for wine!) and was too full sometimes to finish my meal.
Lifestyle Living - Keeping the weight off
I really enjoy the way my husband looks at me with that little "twinkle" in his eye! This program has made both of us feel so much younger and healthier! I just love wearing leggings – which I would never consider before! I really enjoy the extra energy, the fact that I can easily fit into my clothes, that I have a spring in my step and we have given up some old, unhealthy habits. I love drinking lots of water and really feel that I'm giving my body the nutrition that it needs. I really LOVE my big salads and shopping for healthy alternatives at the store.
