I almost hit 180 and I was a size 14 and mad about it. I found that I wanted to go to sleep right after my workouts and wasn't getting results on my own. I saw my friend's success and was amazed.

It was very easy to follow the program. I was able to stay active and eat meals that I actually like. I could eat out on plan as long as I planned ahead. My husband was a big team player in the whole process as well.
Lifestyle Living - Keeping the weight off
I'm happy to be back in all my old clothes! Working out is easier, specifically trail running in the mountains because I can breathe easier and am not carrying the extra load. I'm sleeping better and back in a size 8.
