I knew I was slightly overweight. My clothing size kept growing. It wasn’t until I had a surgery and my blood pressure was over the top and would not go down, that I knew I needed to do something. I still managed to put things off for a while, but my knee pain was growing so intensely that it was affecting my life. I had a medical consultation about getting a knee replacement. That is when I found out about Ideal Protein and decided to check it out. In talking with Delia, my coach, I decided to do something about my high blood pressure and knee pain and change my lifestyle. One of those decisions was to lose weight.

I was hungry in the beginning but Delia was there for me and would answer any questions or concerns I had. It took a bit of changing my ways, planning, and not waiting until the last minute. Honestly, once I figured it out, I found the foods that I enjoyed and planned my meals. It was actually easy and took all of the guesswork out!
Lifestyle Living - Keeping the weight off
What I enjoy most since I've lost the weight is people commenting on my looks! My mood has changed and my energy level has increased! I feel better overall and there's nothing like getting six pack abs without all of the sit ups and gym visits! I am very active with my dogs and I am able to keep up with them and their training. My lifestyle is healthier, happier, and skinnier!
