I was sold on this program based on Dr. Yale's quick overview before I even went to Scott's seminar. I wanted to lose weight and get back to where I was 5 years ago. The extra weight off my knees plus the reduced inflammation has really helped. Dr. Yale and Angela are very patient and helpful with all of my questions on each visit. I like having their support and the accountability of weekly visits. The weekly visits really help keep me on track.

I knew there would be other health benefits but I hadn't thought about how they applied to me personally. I've been able to stop taking my heartburn medicine and joint supplements.

I like the idea of a maintenance program so I know what to do to keep from gaining the weight back. I know that if I do have a setback in the future I can schedule an appointment and get back on track. I love wearing my old clothes again, that's even more exciting than buying new clothes.
