We at Ideal Protein do not employ Coaches at our corporate offices. However, one-on-one coaching is conducted through our Independent Authorized Clinics or Centers across North America.

We are providing a liaison service to connect potential coaches to those clinics and centers.

By filling out your contact information to be part of our Coach Liaison database, you are submitting your name to be contacted by an Ideal Protein Independent Authorized Clinic or Center to help make a difference in people’s lives.

By participating in the Ideal Protein Coaches Liaison Program (the “Program”) and entering your personal information in this form (namely, your name, mailing address, email address and phone number) and submitting it to Ideal Protein, you confirm that you are granting to the latter, including its affiliates and/or subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and other representatives (collectively, “Ideal Protein”), your authorization and consent to share said personal information with its independent authorized Ideal Protein clinics (collectively, “Independent Clinics”) interested in recruiting coaches for the administration of the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method and Protocol by said Independent Clinics in their offices. Your personal information will not be used or disclosed by Ideal Protein other than in connection with the Program. You understand and agree

i) that this authorization and consent remains valid unless you cancel it in writing by sending a notice at coachliaisonprogram@idealprotein.com and

ii) information shared by Ideal Protein as permitted hereby prior to the withdrawal of your consent shall not constitute a breach by Ideal Protein of its undertakings hereunder.

Subject to the foregoing, you acknowledge that Ideal Protein is offering this liaison services under the Program to you and Independent Clinics free of charge and that Ideal Protein makes no representations or warranties to you

i) that you will be contacted by any Independent Clinic,

ii) that you will qualify to act as a coach for any Independent Clinic,

iii) that even if you are qualified, that you will be selected to act as Ideal Protein coach by any Independent Clinic, and
iv) if you are selected to act as an Ideal Protein coach and are hired by an Independent Clinic, that you will be offered or otherwise receive any specific remuneration or other employment terms or benefits from the Independent Clinic.

In this respect, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Ideal Protein and Independent Clinics are and shall remain independent contractors and that should you decide to participate in the Program and are ultimately hired by an Independent Clinic, Ideal Protein shall not be responsible or liable for any acts or omissions of Independent Clinics or otherwise for damages, loss of income or expenses of any kind (including without limitation in connection with claims under applicable labour laws), and you hereby expressly waive any and all rights, recourse's and remedies against Ideal Protein in connection therewith.
