Asparagus and Marinated Swordfish with Lemon Sauce

Cook this fine sliced swordfish in a lemon juice marinade and serve with salted asparagus. It is a must have.


  • 1 1/2 lbs swordfish, very finely sliced
  • 8 cups asparagus
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ideal Protein Honey & Dijon Dressing
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Slice swordfish very fine and marinate in lemon juice for 30 minutes.
  2. The lemon marinade will cook the fish.
  3. Drain.
  4. Set lemon juice aside.
  5. Cook asparagus in salted, boiling water until tender and set aside on a warm plate.
  6. Top with swordfish.
  7. Slightly warm olive oil and add lemon juice.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Add mustard dressing and whisk well.
  10. Serve immediately over fish.
