Banana Oatmeal Crêpes

Allergies: Dairy, Eggs, Tree Nuts4 Servings

Feed four friends or family members with this filling, fan favorite dish from France.


  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 packet non-nutritive sweetener
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oats, quick or old-fashioned oats, uncooked
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1 cup almonds, slices
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a bowl, add 2 sliced bananas and sweetener, mix.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a second bowl, add flour, oats, baking powder and sea salt and blend well.
  4. In a third bowl, add milk, egg and oil and blend well.
  5. Combine all ingredients into one mix.
  6. Heat a griddle over medium-high heat and add mixture.
  7. Turn pancake when top is covered with bubbles.

    Serve with banana slices and a sprinkling of almonds on top.
