Caesar Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 8 egg Whites
  • 1 lbs ham, thin slices
  • 24 romaine lettuce, leaves
  • 4 green peppers, julienned
  • 2 parsley, chopped fine
  • 6 tbsp Ideal Protein Honey & Dijon Dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic, chopped

Directions

  1. Whisk all eggs, add seasoning, parsley and green peppers.
  2. Bake in oiled cake pan in a 350-degree oven until set.
  3. Cut into squares.
  4. Sauté ham until crisp.
  5. Mix romaine lettuce with dressing and garlic.
  6. Arrange on plate.
  7. Serve with a squares of egg and top with ham.
