Garlic Turkey Chinese Style

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs turkey breast
  • 3 tbsp chicken stock
  • 2 cups broccolini, cut 1.5” long
  • 2 cups fennel, cut 1.5” long
  • 2 cups green onion, cut 1.5” long
  • 1 cup mung bean shoots
  • 1/2 cup garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Cut turkey into strips. Sauté in olive oil for a few minutes.
  2. Add garlic, fennel, broccolini, green onions and mung bean shoots.
  3. Add stock and soy sauce. Cover and cook until turkey and vegetables are cooked.
  4. Remove meat and vegetables. Reduce sauce.
  5. Return turkey and vegetables to pan.
  6. Combine well and serve.
