I was always an active person and avid runner. My whole life I ate what I wanted and maintain my weight. I injured my back, needed surgery and was laid up for 8 months. I had lost my ability to stay active but keep my eating habits. My weight very quickly went from 195 to 242. I tried on my own to lose the weight without much success. A friend that told me about the Ideal Protein Protocol. I was skeptical but decided to try it out. That decision ended up being a life changer. Within 4 months of being on the protocol I had lost all my weight and was back to 186. The program not only helped me lose the weight but helped me learn to maintain it after I got off the program.
