What motivated me the most was my health, my appearance, looking in the mirror and not recognizing myself, the weight on the scale, often feeling tired after doing nothing in particular.

What surprised me? My determination! Also, the fact that I’m not always hungry, how fast I lost weight and that it was fat, how easy the program was. 4 cups of vegetables!?!?!?!?! 4 cups are nothing!!!!

Now that I've lost weight, I'm in great shape. I am almost asthma-free. I can dress how I want. My self-confidence has increased and I am much more positive than before. I learned a lot about healthy eating.
