I am a professional ballet dancer and have been on a diet my whole life. When I started as a free-lance dancer, it was more difficult to keep up with up with the diets that I was on. My main motivation to make a change was being an example for my students and husband. I am so happy to feel younger and more energetic. In the first week the protocol feels difficult, but after you see the change that happens, it gives you more inspiration to keep going. Specifically, when you feel full of energy and lose weight. I have never experienced that before and it made me feel happy.
