I'm one of those people who has tried every diet. And they all worked until they didn't. I had reached a weight where I was horribly uncomfortable with myself - physically and mentally. Plus, I have a young daughter and I wanted to be able to have fun with her and not feel limited by my size. A good friend had recently completed Ideal Protein with his wife and he looked wonderful and couldn't say enough great things about it. I figured it was worth a shot - why not try it out? If it didn't work, it would be one more diet I could add to my list.

How easy it was. Everything is pretty lined out and with a fantastic coach helping me along the way, I never felt like I was winging it. She was available for any questions - big or small or silly - and never made me feel stupid for asking. Plus, the food is good!

I'm not tired all the time and I'm more comfortable with myself. Plus - I don't hate shopping for clothes! I've never had a problem buying shoes and purses (doesn't matter how much you weigh to buy those!) but now I don't get physically ill thinking about having to buy a dress or even a swimsuit - which is a HUGE step. :)
