I knew I was overweight, but I had no idea how large I had let myself become. I refused to get on a scale. I was in complete denial about the seriousness of my weight and it's effects on my health. I was in pain, depressed and running out of clothes. I refused to buy anything larger. Finally, I knew something had to be done. I was the only one who could do it.

How rapid and consistent the weight loss was. Now that I've been maintaining, I'm also very pleased at how easy it is. I will be going back to Phase 1 in January to lose another 20-30 pounds. I anticipate the same success!

Feeling so Good. Truly, nothing tastes as good as being thin feels, it's not just a cliche. Beyond that, I love being able to wear anything without feeling self-conscious and uncomfortable. It is fun getting dressed up now!
