I could no longer fit in the largest size in my closet and the number on the scale scared me. I had done phase 1 of this program before and knew it worked but hadn't completed the phase out properly. My private chef, aka my husband needed to be on board with our lifestyle changes as well. We were seeing friends around us dropping dread from health issues and we wanted to get our weight off so that wasn't an issue contributing to a decline in health.

Once you're keto-adapted and deep into the process, it's crazy how quickly the weight continues to come off. Even the first couple weeks of maintenance, both of our body compositions kept improving.

I have less back pain and I can shop in the juniors section ;) Working out is easier now.
