I have a very active job. I am outside most of the time and dealing with the public. I walk a lot and have to be mobile at all times. I felt heavy and tired most of the time. My hours are varied, and I just needed a healthier way to eat and get in better shape. I was also on blood pressure medicine and was close to having hypertension.

I was surprised how easy it was to lose when I stuck to the program. Also, the visible change was a bigger motivator. I could actually see the program working and benefiting my health. I didn't need a scale to tell me I was getting results and feeling better.
