If you follow the diet correctly it works in a very healthy and a pretty fast way! You have to follow the Maintenance plan to keep it off! That's the hardest but most important part.

Now that I’ve lost the weight I enjoy my energy, health and over all am much happier with myself. It's not all about your weight to be happy but if the weight is under control life is better!
